1.PLACING AN ORDER
（1）Can I order over the phone?
--Unfortunately we don't accept telephone orders. All orders must be placed online.
（2）Can I add to / amend an existing order?
--Possibly. If your order hasn't been packed then we can add to/amend the order, after the packing stage we wont be able to alter the order.
If you need to change an order, please contact us immediately.
（3）Can I cancel my order?
--If you need to cancel an order, please contact us quoting your order number.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been packed, in this instance you can return any unwanted orders.

2. PAYMENT
（1）We can accept payment via Paypal, which is convenient and safe enough for customers.
（2）Do I need a PayPal account?
--No. You can checkout using your credit card, or via PayPal without an account.

3. SHIPMENT
（1）About the retail orders, we will ship them within 1-3 business days.
（2）About the wholesale & custom orders, please contact us.

4. DELIVERY
（1）What delivery services do you offer?
--We offer 2 shipping methods to choose: standard shipping and Expedited Shipping, like DHL, UPS, EMS etc. Please feel free to contact us if your order is urgently needed.
（2）What's the delivery time?
--We ship orders from China.
For standard shipping, the delivery time to different countries is 15-45 days. About 15-29 days to USA, CA, UK; about 15-35 days to Europe; about 7-19 days to Asia countries.
For Expedited Shipping, the delivery time is about 5-10 days.
Please allow additional time when placing orders around public holidays and strike action.
（3）Is the shipping tracked?
--Yes, all shipping methods are tracked.

5. RETURNS
（1）We accept returns and refunds within 30 days after delivery. Please make sure the heat-wrapping of items unopen. Buyers will be responsible for the returned freight.
